Morocco has well-established furniture producers with a long tradition. 

With over one thousand employees, Pollmeier is the world market and technology leader in the processing of beech hardwood from responsibly managed forests in Germany. Morocco’s large furniture production has a high usage of beechwood. Better beechwood products from Pollmeier enable our customers in Morocco to reduce significantly material- and labour costs and improve at the same time the quality of their production. It takes a better awareness of our products and a better consulting of the furniture factories to make those benefits visible for our customers.

 

In that case we are looking for a full-time

 

Regional Sales Consultant (m/f/d) - Morocco 

for furniture producers to start as soon as possible and strenghten our team in Morocco. 

 

Job responsibilities / What you move with us:

  • Responsibility for sales, promotion and distribution of the Pollmeier product range in Morocco
  • Maintaining and deepening contact with key customers incl. discussion of order plans
  • Represent Pollmeier products at trade fairs
  • Take a hands-on mentality in acquisition of new customers and further developments of the business
  • Observing the market and analysing demand, products and competition related information as well as define effective action plans to cover the market
  • Support of digital marketing and sales development
  • Preparation and entering of quarterly - and yearly sales planning for your sales region.
  • Handle claim management
  • Documentation of all sales activities in SAP

 

Requirements / What convinces us:

  • Long-term experience in field sales
  • Experience with furniture producers and/or timber industry
  • Strong communication- and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and hands-on-attitude
  • Having strong learning ability and team spirit
  • Fluent in French and conversational either in English or German
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business
